Development of this project has been supported by the Australian Research Council and the Design Research Institute, RMIT University.
SIAL Sound Studios’ 32 loudspeaker sound diffusion system and the dramaturgical expertise of Chamber Made Opera come together for a four- day research intensive and public presentation.
As part of the research workshops in the Meat Market performance space, brilliant and provocative clarinettist Richard Haynes will perform works by UK composer Richard Barrett, as part of an Australian Research Council Linkage Project with the Elision Ensemble.
The presentation will also feature electroacoustic works from a consortium of international sound studios including:
