Chamber Made Opera continues to be Australia’s only contemporary chamber opera and music theatre commissioning and presenting company.

Opera is long work.

Opera takes time to conceive, compose, refine, design, rehearse and put on stage. We are already planting seeds that will gradually unfurl, grow and flourish over the coming year and beyond.

Chamber Made Opera is creating new work that is elemental, architectural, microscopic. New projects will steal from Monteverdi, re-imagine the Minotaur and send audiences plummeting into the Labyrinth.
