Farewell Geoffrey Williams and Many Thanks
GEOFFREY WILLIAMS HEADS FOR UBUD
After 5 years as Chamber Made Opera's Executive Producer, Geoffrey Williams announced his retirement from the arts and cultural industry on 30 April 2010.
Geoffrey guided and managed the organisation through a remarkable period of success - with productions such as
The Children's Bach and
Crossing Live - and also steered the company into its new phase, overseeing the stepping down of the company's founder Douglas Horton, and the recruitment of the new Artistic Director, David Young.
Chamber Made Opera and the Australian arts community will sorely miss Geoffrey. We sincerely thank him for all the energy, passion and care that he brought to every aspect of his role, and wish him a well-earned period of relaxation and pleasure in Ubud, Bali.
